OBJECTIVE
For the project below, our client wanted to showcase the vast space and appeal of the commercial property to prospective buyers. Our objectives were to show location to downtown Walla Walla, create a property map and combine these elements into a 360 virtual property tour.
FLIGHT
First, we created a 360 aerial panorama, showcasing the location to downtown Walla Walla, access to the nearest highway and the relationship of the property. Secondly, we flew the property, creating an orthomosaic map for the client. for parking access, HVAC locations and basic property outlines. Next, we flew the interior of the building, creating a one of a kind user experience. Finally, we created in interior virtual tour, allowing potential buyers to view the facility from the comfort of their computer.
DELIVERABLE
This project combined multiple elements to bring the entire user experience into one location. Our client was able to share a link with potential buyers, walking them through all aspect of the facility in one location. This type of detail and user experience is a game changer and sets this listing apart from others.
